15:00 pistol progression review and practice of the balance skill set
those with EOM10 x3-5 L+R pistol or weighted pistol, last set max reps unbroken
those without: OTM10 x3-5 banded, counter weight, or elevated
TEAM of 3 – AMRAP15
- AMRAP shoulder to overhead #95/65
- 200m Run
* (1) bar per team. Team members will rotate on the bar completing amrap of a shoulder to overhead. The set starts once the bar is pressed for the first time and concludes once an individual has put the bar down. They must then complete a 200m run before taking up the bar for another set of presses.
