- 2 Snatch Grip Deadlift
- 1 Squat Snatch
- 2 Hang Power Snatch
- 3 Overhead Squat
Set 1 starts at 50% of max snatch, build as heavy as possible. Barbell stays in hands until the final overhead squat is completed.
4:00 Work/2:00 Rest
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Press (95/65)
Round 2 is 8 reps of each movement, round 3 is 6 reps of each, round 4 is 4 reps of each, round 5 is 2 reps of each.
Score = total reps across all rounds
So I totally missed the AMRAP part of this post when I was trying to replicate this workout at another gym… I was confused why the WOD was so easy. Oops.
