40 Double Unders

40 Sandbag Squats 40/20

AMRAP Burpee Bar Touches (bar out of reach from standing on the ground)

 

Example:

Rnd 1: P1 Double Unders, then P2 Sandbag Squats, then P3 AMRAP Burpee bar touches for remainder of 3min clock

Rnd 2: P2 Double Unders, then P3 Sandbag Squats, then P1 AMRAP Burpee bar touches for remainder of 3min clock

Rnd 3: P3 Double Unders, then P1 Sandbag Squats, then P2 AMRAP Burpee bar touches for remainder of 3min clock

Repeat for another 3 rounds. No transition time between rounds.
