400m bumper plate farmer carry (Health: 25lb dumbbells / Athletic*: 25lb / Performance: 45lb) both partners run together
25 bumper plate burpees (same weight, Health: 15lb plate)
25 bumper plate squats (hug plate to chest) (same)
25 CTB pull ups
*Women’s “Performance” weights and reps (Rx)
Scaling Guide: 2 – 4 rounds, about 6 minutes per round.
One person working at a time during all movements, the run is done together.
