Thanksgiving is a great holiday because you get to eat a lot of awesome food with people you care about.  The Paleo lifestyle works because it allows you be lean and healthy while eating as much as you need to feel satisfied.  Why not combine the two?  I had this idea last year and it started to make sense: meat… pumpkin, sweet potatoes, cranberries.  It could work!  Images of duck-fat turkey, pumpkin almond meal pie, and coconut milk martinis started to enter my head.

Friends joined in.  Soon there were smashed sweet potatoes, banana almond bread, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, roasted beets and more!

A Paleo Spread to Remember

Wine was consumed, friendships were forged, and memories were made.  With that said, lets do it again!

Clark, proceed up the elevator to the 7th floor, take a left and head to the end of the hallway (through the first door, keep going).
