Ever wondered what I get up to in between classes at the gym? It’s normally time for me to train or nap and over the next few weeks I’ll be posting every 1/2 days with my training diary to give you all an idea of what I do. I won’t post much about my naps… they’re not that interesting…

I like to consider myself as a competitive CrossFit athlete and to get to the top level requires a level of dedication beyond the 4/5 classes per week. Often I will do the regular programmed work alongside work on weaknesses, skill work or density training. I also use the time to test out different training methods and cycles to determine what will work best for you guys!
