  • 20 double unders (unbroken)
  • 1 rope climb

*  (2) teammates will begin the workout as (2) teammates are at rest. Teammates will be cycled in/out of  the workout as work cycles are completed. A work cycle consists of (1) rope climb + (20) unbroken double unders + (1) rope climb. After the second rope climb is completed a teammate at rest will be tagged in and the working teammate will rest until they come up in the work rotation again.

Each team gets (1) climbing station and (2) jump ropes.

Score = rope climbs performed in total as a team.
