Warm Up: [:30 Double Unders :30 Light KB Swing] x 4
Part 1:
AMRAP15
10 Burpees
12 KB Snatch (alternate each arm)
15 T2B (Modify with as toes as close to the bar)
*Notes- Score is completed rounds and reps after 15 minutes
Part 2:
6 x 250 m (Damper M= 4, F= 3) with :30 Rest
5:00 Rest
3 x 500 m (Damper M=5, F=4) with :90 Rest
