* Partner1 lunges a 10m length of the training floor with (2) kettlebells in the front rack position the kettle bells are returned to the start line by way of 10m farmers carry. Partner2 tags and then completes the same work sequence. Partners continue to complete 10m lengths of lunges and carries for a 20:00 clock.
