Teams of 2 – AMRAP 15
20 Alternating Burpee Box Jumps
P1 – 20 Sandbag Squats (40/20)
P2 – High/Low Plank Hold
*Partners complete Burpee Box jumps together.
*P1 completes Squats then trades with P2.
*Once both athletes have completed allotted Sandbag Squats, start a new round with Burpee Box Jumps.
