Double unders are an important conditioning tool – they require high levels of stamina, coordination, and concentration all at once.  Today you have two opportunities to improve your 2m double under challenge!  Following the double unders we’ll develop top-end pressing power with amax effort bench press.  You’ll have an opportunity to PR your 1 mile time as well.

A1: 2:00 double under challenge

 

B: Max effort bench press

build to max bench in 20:00

complete 3-5 strict pull-ups during each 2:00 REST

complete 1 mile run as quickly as possible
