Max Clean and Jerks in the remaining time alternating every 5 reps. (RX: 135/95, athletic: 115/75#, fitness: 75/55#)
(1000 m = 100 reps, 100 m = 10 reps)
– The workout starts by one partner working in the rower while the other one rests. The team decides how to divide the work. Once the last row is completed if time allows they complete as many power cleans and Jerks alternating every 5 reps until the time is over.
