Today we are doing our first team WoD. Team training at The Foundry utilizes aspects of competitive sports team training – in addition to fitness and skill your team will need strategy and execution to rise to the top of the leaderboard. There is also a team competition at the CrossFit games, with workouts involving 2, 3 or 4 athletes at a time.
ONE TEAM
2 sleds, 100 yd sled push on each @ Bodyweight Average (no more than 2 team members pushing each sled at a time)
50 sandbag laps of the training floor for each team member @ 40/20. Sandbags can only be advanced while at least one conditioning rope is in motion (only 2 ropes will be used so communication is key to keep everyone moving)
2 sleds, 100 yd sled push on each @ Bodyweight Average (no more than 2 team members pushing each sled at a time)
