(17.11.25) Thanksgiving Weekend ’17 (home team or individual WOD) (Time)

For Time:

100 jumping jacks

75 air squats

50 hand release push ups

25 burpees

Performace*: 1 round, rest the same amount of time it took you complete the work and do it again, match your time or slightly faster.

Athletic/health: 1 round or 2 rounds with family members or team.

RX+: find something to carry during the squats and write in the notes.
