Introducing Fit30 for Women, a 30-day program exclusively for women designed to help you lose body fat and improve muscle tone.
You’ll train with Foundry Coach Camille D’henau, a former competitive gymnast, and the Foundry coaching staff to develop the training and nutrition habits needed to reach your goals. FiT30 was designed to address the unique needs of women with busy lifestyles.
Whether you have tried other programs without success, or have wanted to try a new fitness program but felt intimidated to start, FiT30 will provide you with the guidance and support to reach your goals.
Through our program, you will learn to perform total-body movements correctly and safely, build intensity, and have fun. The program will expose you to strength training, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight movements and more. In addition, you will have access to our 82-page nutrition guide to improve your health and supercharge your results.
The program includes taking measurements before and after the 30 days to evaluate your progress, as well as a 1:1 goal-setting session.

Camille Denhau (Cam) is originally from Belgium, where she was a competitive gymnast for 15 years. She has a background in education and has been helping people of all ability levels reach their health and fitness goals for four years.

Is strength training beneficial for women?
Strength training is one of the most effective ways for women to lose fat and increase muscle tone. It is more effective than cardio only programs because it increases your muscle tissue and speeds up your metabolism.
Will strength training make me bulky?
No, we promise. Women who strength train for general fitness will not become bulky. You should see a decrease in body fat and an increase in muscle tone.
Women with significant muscle mass are usually training at a very high volume for a specific sport such as powerlifting, bodybuilding, or Olympic lifting and have a specific diet and supplementation strategy to achieve that result.
I’m new to working out, is this program right for me?
FiiT30 does not require any prior experience and is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
I work out regularly, will I benefit from the program?
Yes, participants with more training experience will be able to train at a higher intensity and work with more complex movement progressions.
What kind of results can I expect?
You will get out of the program what you put into it. If you show up for every session, want to learn, and work hard, you will see meaningful progress.
