For athletes who want to improve their time in, or complete their first marathon, half-marathon, triathlon, obstacle course race, or any other long distance event!
Foundry Endurance was developed through studying the best runners, their mechanics and training, and learning how to apply their efficiency to your running technique. In 12 weeks, you will be able to run faster over long distances, while maintaining a strong & healthy body and decreasing your risk of injury.
We’ll utilize a combination of running workouts and CrossFit workouts to increase your speed and endurance. In addition, weekly technique sessions will be held to improve your running efficiency and create a more natural stride. While most endurance programs focus only on volume, Foundry endurance will prepare you to be stronger and faster and give you the confidence to finish your race and PR your time. The program will be led by Coach Jeff Arias, who is CrossFit Endurance certified and an avid Spartan Racer.
Foundry Endurance is ideal for current or new members planning to compete in one or more races this year. You don’t need to give up your personal life, as the program requires a reasonable time commitment of eight hours per week. Most importantly, you’ll maintain your strength, athleticism, and physique while becoming a well-rounded endurance athlete.
- Attend a FREE information session Thursday July 2nd, 6-7pm at Printers Row (730 S. Clark St), or Saturday 7/18, 8am at Printers Row.
- Prepare for the Chicago Marathon or any long distance event in just 8 hours per week
- Running workouts may be completed on your own schedule.
- CrossFit workouts may be performed at either location at any of our class times
- Program led by Coach Jeff Arias
- Cost: Included with an unlimited membership. $65/m upgrade for 3x members.

Jeff Arias has been coaching since 2010 and has helped many athletes achieve their goals. He holds numerous professional certifications including NASM personal trainer, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Mobility, and many more. He has a passion for creating strong endurance athletes and is an avid obstacle course racer himself.
