In response to requests for more Yoga class times, we’re pleased to offer a mid-week class Wednesday’s at 8:45pm! Come relax mid-week with some flow Yoga and a glass of wine. Yoga coach Kristin will be leading the sessions, which will be focused on recovery and relaxation and may be done by candlelight.
