EOM – 6 rounds, alternating L and R on the 2:00
complete all reps to one side within 2:00 clock and then rest. Switch sides for next 2:00 clock.

- 5 snatch
- 5 push press
- 5 overhead lunge (forward + reverse)

- 10 Pull-up (5 each, partner planks)
- 20 Push-up (10 each, partner bar hangs)
- 30 Air-squat (15 each, alternating reps bottom to bottom)
