Rotate through the following movements for 10 minutes.
8 squat stretches- air squats-Goblet squats
8 inchworms w/ push up
8 suitcase deadlift per side
10 pvc pass throughs
10 kips-ring rows- pulling variation
10 Good mornings
**If doing MU add:
:15 sec support hold- :15 sec hold bottom- 3 ring dips
6 minutes to Build DL weight for Metcon 1
