We’re excited for the debut of our new Yoga class THIS Sunday at 10am with Brandy. As you may already be aware, the benefits of Yoga include improved posture, flexibility, and relaxation. Our Yoga for CrossFit class will be tailored to improve these domains and also address the specific needs of CrossFit athletes, such as range of motion in the hip flexors, thoracic spine, shoulders and chest.
Brandy has been a full-time yoga instructor for over three years, and currently instructs at several other Chicago area studios. She is experienced working with people of all levels and possesses a wealth of knowledge in program design and sequencing.
So come on by this Sunday, improve yourself, and learn something new about your body!
