Skill: Freestyle gymnastics

All class times will be run open-gym format. Come and go as you please. As a comprehensive Gymnastics week review you are encouraged to divide your time between any number of skills you are developing. Find a challenge but just as important, have fun.

Please review this weeks programming and devise a plan for your open-gymnastics session. Our suggestions will begin with the big progressions hand stand push-up, pistol, and muscle-up then working into skills on parallettes, rings, bars, or floor.

The coaching staff has also created a timed challenge consisting of different elements of gymnastics using bodyweight and apparatus. This will be similar to a confidence course. If your intention is to participate in the timed event please bring clothing or gear to protect your legs from the ropes.
