C: sled push + carry (Time)
Find the fastest 40ft sprint sled push + 40ft carry.
Use sandbags, kegs or buddy for carry. Have fun with it.
2-3 attempts.
Men: sled + 45#, carry of choice
women: empty sled plus carry of choice
D: Strongman meet crossfit 2.0 (Time)

5 stones to shoulder
5 tire flips
individual stones but team work on tires allowed and encouraged.
