A: Snatch (Establish a 1RM)

Event 1: Max Snatch

– Teams have 10 minutes for both athletes to register a max snatch

– The team will declare a starting weight

– The bar may only move up in weight

– Both athletes do not need to lift each weight, only the lifts they want

– You may take as many attempts as you like, at the end of the 10:00, the best lift will be recorded

B: Clean and Jerk (Establish a 1RM)

Event 2: Clean and Jerk

– Teams have 10 minutes for both athletes to register a max snatch

– The team will declare a starting weight

– The bar may only move up in weight

– Both athletes do not need to lift each weight, only the lifts they want

– You may take as many attempts as you like, at the end of the 10:00, the best lift will be recorded
