CrossFit Games 2012 North Central Regional Mens Wod 4
The North Central FireBreather National CrossFit Competition is one of the the largest sanctioned events for CrossFit athletes with the exception of the CrossFit Games. The Regional Open consists of 50 men and 50 women who will go head to head in an all out 2 day CrossFit Competition. The top 5 competitors men and women in each region will then be invited to the National Championship in Denver Colorado in January to crown the Fittest Semi Pro in the Nation. The North Central Regional FireBreather Competition is a first come first serve event. Some of the biggest names in CrossFit has the ability to go after this money and could be throwing weight right next to you. Gut check!
The Foundry already has nine athletes participating in the competition. We will also be organizing a group of spectators to go cheer our athletes on. If you’d like to come watch, put your name on the board at the gym so we can organize transportation and other logistics. More information here.
