Today is the start of a deload week. We use this time to allow the body to recover from the previous training cycle and prepare for the next one. Any minor injuries, issues or pain points can be addressed and dealt with during this week.

 

For the next 2 days take complete rest aside from mobility or non gym related activity. Attend classes as you normally would but avoid additional work. Details on the next cycle will be posted next sunday eve.
