The CrossFit Games North Central Regional (one of 17 regions worldwide) is being held May 18-20, 2012 at McCook Athletic & Expo in McCook, IL. This three day event will feature the top 60 men and women and top 30 teams from a 10 state radius. Six Chicago affiliates have qualified a team.
The regional competition will challenge athletes with a brutal combination of workouts to test their range of physical and mental capacitates. At the conclusion of the weekend, three men, women, and teams will advance to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games.
