A: Christmas morning (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete in 15 minutes as many rounds and reps of:
12 push ups
25 air squats
20 sit ups
17 lunges or step ups (R+ L=1 rep)
This can be done individually or with a partner. Only one person working at a time.
RX+: jumping air squats and clapping push ups.
