30 clean & jerks (Health: 65lb / Athletic:95lb* / Performance:135lb)

20 kipping pull-ups

30 push-ups

40 sit-ups

50 air squats

– Both athletes complete all the work per movement before moving on (Ex. p1 -10 kipping pull ups, p2 – 10 kipping pull ups, p1 – 10 kipping pull ups, p2- 10 kipping pull ups, p1 – 15 push ups, etc….)

. One athlete working at the time. Alternate as necessary.
