Hello Athletes! Please be aware of the following changes to our normal schedule this Labor Day weekend!
Saturday 8/30:
Both gym’s closed for Foundry Beach Day, starting 9:30am at North Ave. Beach, South Courts. As a backup in case of storms we will host the event at Printers Row. A determination will be made later today, please check the Facebook page for updates. We look forward to seeing you all there!
Sunday 8/31:
Regular hours as normal
Monday 9/1 (Labor Day):
Printers Row WoDs: 10am, 12pm. Gym Hours 9:30am-1:30pm
Staff: Jon & Andrew
Union Station WoDs: 2pm, Gym Hours 1pm-3:30pm
